I am very pleased with my purchase. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that it wanders, you can't just plop it down and ride, you have to have the unit up against a wall or it moves forward. As I am in a wheelchair and need the motorized, it would be more convenient if the stretchy cord that attaches the hand held controller were about 5 inches longer. Overall I am very pleased. I notice increased strength when transferring and it helps relieve spasticity in my legs.
