ActiveForever, since its inception in 1993, has implemented very strict business practices that keep the company on the most efficient and highest integrity paths. Our policies and business model have enabled us to continue to grow strong while we watch some of our largest retailers and garage operations go out of business. Ironically, we have just completed a major expansion while many retailers have closed their doors. I want to personally explain why ActiveForever has a uniquely solid position in the marketplace.

ActiveForever is poised to withstand the worst of economic times, and has implemented some of my personal business philosophies, in conjunction with advice from several brilliant and accomplished business advisors who have seen it all. Here are some of the key factors that have positioned our finances and good will so well:

We hire very bright, passionate, energetic and motivated individuals who keep our operational philosophies on course and help us avoid costly mistakes. We pay well enough to attract the best, and we do not pay outlandish executive salaries and bonuses. Every one of our team members and executive team have the ability to earn equity ownership in the business and their core motivators include educating our appreciative customers, voicing their opinions for continuous process improvement, innovating new ways of doing things, and offering unprecedented levels of quality care to everyone they touch. Winning over your loyalty for life enables our highest operational efficiency. Success for all of us here includes building a life-enhancing business with a solid foundation, and keeping operations clean.

We continuously negotiate contracts that keep our facilities and operational costs low. While our facilities are attractive, they are practical and efficient. For instance, one of our interactive ActiveForever Discovery Centers is located inside our national headquarters and the other is located inside our national distribution center. Our team divides its efforts between our online business and our interactive retail business, which is efficient, and also offers them all learning experiences that enables them to offer only the best service and information to our online customers as well. We also combine the resources and efforts of our suppliers, manufacturers and marketing partners to make magic happen for our customers. Magic for us is all about leveraging combined efforts for efficiencies and making good decisions at just the right times.
