We ship the product out to you same-day and charge you the cost of shipping to and from our facility… no handling fees!!
Provided the box arrives in good condition, you keep the shipping box to return the product to ActiveForever. If the box is damaged, you are responsible for returning the product to us in a quality box to avoid damage.
When you are ready to return the product, contact ActiveForever via telephone or email and we will send you a shipping label for the return of the product… again, no handling fees!!
