Light box portion works correctly and does seem to help if used for about 45 minutes to 1 hour per day. By help I mean that it improves mood and slightly reduces fatigue. The results are not astounding but it does seem to make a difference.
The clock does not keep accurate time. It is off by 10's of minutes after a few days but I did not get it for this purpose so I can live with that.

It's a nice product and I like how I feel afterwards but I do not know why the LCD screen always messes up when I press a button.  The buttons are not consistent with the functions so I have to push in certain ways to get it to work.

I found the controls confusing. I also had trouble just turning the unit on and off.
I had purchased two of these and have since returned them both. I was not happy to have to pay to insure and post the return, pay the 20% restocking fee and then wait 60 days for the refund to my credit card.

The buttons do not always work correctly, and I have to unplug it to reset it sometimes.  I'm also unclear on how to change the preset programs.

I gave the light box as a gift. In less than a month it was malfunctioning. The recipient of the gift had to mail it to me and then I have to send it to your company and pay a restocking fee plus shipping fees. Now that is not good business.

This is honestly the biggest piece of junk I had ever purchased. First, I saw someone ele's comments about the buttons being hard to use, but I still purchased the thing thinking they couldn't be too hard to use. I was wrong.  I might have paid 5 cents for this thing from a vending machine- that's how poorly it's made. When trying to press any of the buttons one at a time, the entire button pad caves in.  There are not actually individual buttons, but instead there is one piece of molded rubber which makes up the entire button pad.  I ended up just pressing the pad like 20 times until eventually the bright light came on, shining right in my eyes.  The light is obnoxious.  It says not to stare directly into the light.  I only ever had the light on at 50% and 30% (by chance since the buttons were so bad/hard to use).  I could only power it off by unplugging it.  It broke with in 1 week and now no longer turns on.  The plastic silver casing it is in is junk too.
