The DJ Orthopedics wedge shaped pillow has two semicircle shaped cuts on both tapered ends so that the legs of user can be properly fit against the wedge. The pillow has four inch tear-off block on both ends of the pillow for adjustment. The foam and laminate closure straps keep the positioner in place.
