The Drive Heavy Duty Bariatric Folding Commode Seat has a durable welded steel construction with a grey powder coating. The construction of the frame makes it strong enough to support a weight of six hundred and fifty pounds or two hundred and ninety five kilograms. The portable commode frame can also be used as a toilet safety frame or an elevated seat with an existing toilet seat. The frame features a tool free removable back and a snap on seat and lid that makes it easy to configure the frame for any use. The commode seat is equipped with plastic arms to provide a secure and comfortable support while getting up from or sitting down on the seat.

The Drive Bariatric Folding Bedside Seat features a tool free assembly and disassembly. The seat can also be folded flat without any tools for easy storage and transportation. The height of the seat is easily adjustable using a push button mechanism. To facilitate the use of the seat as an independent commode, it includes a large commode bucket with a volume capacity of twelve quarts or nearly eleven and a half liters. The bucket includes a cover, carry handle and a splash guard to ensure a convenient and safe collection and disposal of body waste.
