Description
The 3M Medipore H Tape is an advanced cloth surgical tape with a high adherence and gentleness compared to regular medipore cloth tape. It has a perforated design that allows it to be easily and quickly torn off simply with the hands and no extra tools. It has an excellent stretch ability at both cross-sectional and diagonals to protect the moderate swelling of wounds even while moving.
The 3M Medipore H Soft Tape is a uniquely designed medical tape ideal for the repeated taping of critical wounds and securing injuries where the skin might stretch a lot due to conditions like edema, distention, hematoma formation or regular movement. It is also beneficial for several other purposes like securing wound dressings, tubes, catheters and ostomy pouches firmly in place. It is safe and suitable for all skin types including fragile or damaged skin.
The Medipore H is highly conformable and flexible which makes it incredibly easy to wrap around difficult wounds and keep them secure when the patient is moving normally. The boundaries of the tape stay straight throughout and don't curl during use. The tape has excellent breathability and is water-resistant which helps maintain skin wellness and also protects the wounds from outside fluids and spills. The Soft Tape is available in a number of dimensions to accommodate individual needs and wound sizes. It is hypoallergenic and latex-free and recommended for single use only.
