It has a quilted-mat construction and super-absorbent microbeads which collectively ensure patient’s comfort even during heavy wetness episodes. It also helps in reducing the formation of odors and keeps the environment pleasant and clean.

The Extra Bariatric Protection Underpad is specially designed for bariatric patients with weak bladder management and involuntarily urine leakages in the low to moderate range.

It has a nonwoven fabricated topsheet which makes it incredibly soft and also keeps the skin dry by quickly pulling of fluids and directing them into the core.

The super absorbent fluff core layer disperses the liquid away from the skin and keeps it healthy and dry. It has a soft and ventilated inner lining which ensures breathability and prevents the build-up of heat and moisture within for maximum comfort even for long periods of time. It has a moisture proof lining that ensures liquids won't pass through to other areas. The underpad has a beige-colored polyethylene backsheet which itself is a waterproof material and adds to the underpads’ leakage protection. The backsheet keeps the surfaces below free of liquid soils. The Bariatric Underpad is latex-free and suitable for people with latex allergies.
