Control is essential in almost any extracurricular activity, and a lot of that success starts with the hands, wrists and forearms. The unique design of the Gripmaster uses resistance training, allowing you to develop strength, dexterity, coordination, and stamina within these extremities without exerting great amounts of energy. Each finger is operated by a completely separate system of muscles and tendons located in the hand, wrist, and forearm. The spring-loaded design of the Gripmaster targets these specific muscles and tendons by isolating and developing each finger individually. The ergonomic palm bar adds additional comfort, giving way for a variety of different exercise that effectively develop and maintain strength, as well as increase blood-flow.

The Gripmaster comes in several different levels of tension, ranging from 1.5lbs to 11lbs of resistance, with each tension designated a different color. This option allows the user to comfortably graduate from lower level tensions to higher level tensions, making it an ideal training and physical therapy tool.

The Dynaflex Pro works in a similar fashion, focusing on increasing strength, dexterity, and range of motion in the hands, wrists and forearms. While developing the same key muscles and tendons as the Gripmaster, the Dynaflex Pro also works to prevent and eliminate such Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI) as tendonitis, arthritis, and even Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. The Dynaflex Pro works as you move your hand in a circular motion, causing gyroscopic forces to work against the muscles in your hand, arm and shoulder as you try to control it. To start, simply pull on the starter cord or quickly swipe it over a smooth surface.

The Dynaflex, like the Gripmaster, also comes in different models, varying in number of revolutions per minute (RPM) and pounds of force created. The Dynaflex Pro can reach up to 9,000 RPM creating 25lbs of force, while other models can reach up to 13,000 RPM creating as high as 38lbs of force. This differentiation makes the Dynaflex Pro a great training or rehabilitation tool.
