We carry only top quality products which we are certain will help keep you ActiveForever; however, we want you to shop in complete confidence! If you are not satisfied with your purchase; please contact ActiveForever at 1-800-377-8033 within 30 days of receiving your product. At that time, a Customer Service Counselor will provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order which expires after 7 days of issuance. Please have your order number and/or invoice number on hand when you call us. You are responsible for returning the item to the address designated by ActiveForever’s Customer Service Counselor in a track-able fashion with the RMA number clearly written on your shipping label on the outside of the shipping box.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS will be at the customer’s expense. Once the product is confirmed received and in like-new condition, a merchandise exchange or a refund will be issued. It is very important that you do not deface the retail box in any way; so please be sure your RMA is prominently displayed only on the shipping label on the outside of the shipping box so we don’t refuse your package. Products must be in like-new condition, contain all of its original contents, in its original packaging, and show absolutely no signs of wear and tear in order to be accepted for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will process your return immediately upon receipt. Unfortunately, we will deny your refund if your return is sent back to ActiveForever without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), or if the retail package for the product is missing any contents or defaced in any way.
Your happiness is important to us, yet, due to the rehabilitative and hygienic nature of our products, many are non-returnable. Items such as bedroom aids, bath safety/bathroom aids, thermometers, personal care aids, braces, cushions, pillows, gloves, eye/ear care items, uplift seat assist items, walkers, putties, leg lifters, etc. are not returnable. Items that are not returnable are indicated as such in their product descriptions on our website. Opened computer software is also not returnable. Special order items and custom items are also not returnable.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from the time we receive the returned product. If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped to you in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. In this case we will reimburse you for the original outbound shipping cost and the cost to return the item(s) back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Unless otherwise indicated, we warrant products for 30 days. After this period, the manufacturer’s warranty applies and customers need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of the item. Whenever possible, we will assist the customer with contacting the manufacturer. Please note that warranties cover defects in workmanship and material. They do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse. Because each of our wonderful suppliers handle defective items differently, please call us at 1.800.377.8033 if you encounter any problems with your purchase and we will make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
RETURN / RESTOCKING FEES
Most non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange provided that the item received is in like-new, resalable condition with no return/restocking fees. However, some select items may require a restocking fee due to manufacturer’s requirements. This is indicated within the product description on our website.
Manufacturers may often change specifications or prices of products or discontinue them completely. We therefore reserve the right to change prices or substitute items of equal or higher value. These items are fully returnable if they do not meet with your satisfaction.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders . If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.
