ActiveForever Shipping Rates
Most orders placed before 11:00 a.m. MST are shipped the same business day, (Monday through Friday).
Please note that our shipping carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. For instance, Next Day orders placed before 11am on a Friday are not delivered until the next business day, Monday.
NOTE: OVERSIZED items feature this icon, and are subject to an additional shipping charge. We shop for the best freight quotes possible, and the additional amount will be added to your cart.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING HOLIDAY SHIPPING: UPS does not guarantee Ground shipments picked up or scheduled for delivery between December 12 and December 24. For guaranteed delivery, please choose an expedited shipping method (2nd Day or Next Day)*
*Please note if requesting a 2nd day, or Next day service, some orders may require 24 hours or more to process before shipping and are not guaranteed to be received in that many days.
Orders can be shipped UPS, USPS, or by other freight carrier depending upon ActiveForever's discretion. We shop around to find the best shipping rates possible in order to keep our costs down and pass the savings on to you.
Most orders totaling $500 and over ship free (UPS Ground only. Please call for expedited shipping quotes.) Bulk orders may require additional processing time for shipping quotes and may be exempt from free shipping promotions. Oversized items and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii DO NOT qualify for free shipping promotions.

If an order contains any backordered item(s) the entire order MAY be delayed until the backorder item(s) become available. If you prefer to have the available item(s) shipped ahead of the backordered item(s) please contact customer service at 1-800-377-8033 with your order number.
REFUSED SHIPMENT/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. CANCELLING AN ORDER
Due to the rehabilitation & hygiene nature of our products most are not returnable after they leave our facility or our manufacturerâ€™s facility. In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, and the item is not stated as a hygiene item on our website or in our catalog, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization via email or telephone once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.
