They are designed to be worn inside a host garment such as disposable briefs or disposable underwear and have a built-in adhesive strip to secure the pad in place. They feature a cloth-like backsheet that is soft and rustle-free for maximum comfort and discretion. Select Booster Pads are designed to fill to their fluid capacity then allow any additional moisture to pass through into the host garment. This serves two purposes — it essentially gives the host garment an additional 5.5 - 8 ounces of fluid capacity and gives the wearer the convenience of changing out the booster pad without changing out of their host garment. This helps end leaking, rashes, and nighttime changes, minimizing slips and falls associated with incontinence while reducing caregiver fatigue.
