This plate was tested with 20 children at Eagle High School in Eagle, Idaho. Here are the results:

Vertical Jump Test:  Each child took three jumps and recorded highest score. Then they stood on the VibePlate for 60 seconds and came back for three more jumps within 60 seconds of getting off the VibePlate. Average increase in Vertical Jump was 2 1/2 inches. Highest increase was 4 inches and the lowest increase 1 inch.  All 20 children went up at least 1 inch.

Standing Broad Jump Test:  Followed same format as above. Average increase in the broad jump was five inches. Largest improvement was eight inches and the smallest was two inches. All jumpers improved after 60 seconds on the VibePlate.
