I've never had a more effective heating pad for my lower back and hip pain. After 15 minutes on level High, and then 10 minutes on LOW, my gripping, sharp pain is either very diminished or gone completely. And to know that this is safe, deep-penetrating product enhances my appreciation of this product.

i didn't realize that it was a hard pad which makes it unuseable for some of what i wanted. but it does feel good on my back
