This product provides heat directly where it's needed without exceeding the maximum recommended temperature for heat compresses of 109-111 degrees Fahrenheit. The insulated Cardinal Health Hot Pack (Cardinal Health 30104) can be applied directly to the skin and is perfect for treating minor injuries, muscle spasms, joint stiffness, and body aches. Each pack provides up to 30 minutes of heat which opens blood vessels and improves circulation to the affected area. This helps promote healing and relaxes muscles. Use McKesson Medi-Pak Elastic Knit Bandage to hold this product in place and provide compression to sore areas. Combine treatments with the ObusForme Professional Body Massager for better muscle circulation.
