How to Operate

• First, examine device before use to ensure everything is working properly.
• If parts appear damaged or defective, for safety, do not use.
• Next, press two halves together to proper attachment of halves.
• Manufacturer recommends perform therapy in a comfortable seated position.
• Form seal with mouth around Aerobika mouthpiece.
• Inhale deeply, not as deep as possible, but deeper than normal.
• Exhale actively, but not forcefully.
• Repeat for 10-20 minutes two to four times a day or as prescribed by a doctor.
• If while using the Aerobika you feel lightheaded or dizzy, discontinue use and contact your doctor.

How to Clean

• Press tabs on side of device to release.
• Remove the valve cartridge and mouthpiece.
• Soak for 15 minutes in soapy water.
• Agitate water gently to clean then rinse.
• Shake out water and dry device vertically or place in a drying rack like in a dishwasher or drainboard.
• Clean device after each session.
