I have two of these track systems. I use them with a voyager portable lift to move my wife between her wheel chair, living room couch, and bed. It took less then half an hour to install each track. After a month of daily usage we have had no trouble with either one. I highly recommend this product. It is much faster and easier to use then a portable lift.
