My only complaint is that of the three cases of Ensure that I received, there were 7 cans which were "mashed-in" on the outside edge. This probably happened in shipping and could have been avoided if the cases were fully enclosed, rather than half a cardboard box and half plastic covering. I like the Mocha flavor a lot more than I thought I would-even more than the Vanilla, slightly less than the Chocolate.
