Description
This unique hospital bed has a UL-approved motor that comes pre-installed on the foot section. If necessary, the motor can be installed and removed while the patient is in bed. The motor is completely self-contained to reduce the weight and noise. The Delta Ultra-Light 1000 is height adjustable and has a height range of 9-23 inches. A convenient hand remote makes the bed easy to adjust and reduces caregiver strain by eliminating the need to lift or lower the patient into bed. In the event of a power failure, a hand crank is available along with a 9-volt battery that can lower the head and foot sections up to nine times.
This lightweight full-electric low bed features a headboard that is taller than the footboard to better fit with the home decor. The wood grain panels are both break and scratch-resistant. The bed comes with labels and color-coded springs for convenient installation. The bed is backed with the best warranty in the industry and has been tested for safety by SGS, a nationally recognized testing company.
