How to Use Device

Remove item from packaging.
Attach tubing to front side of exerciser.
Slide yellow pointer tab to goal volume.
Hold Voldyne 5000 in an upright position.
Exhale completely.
Put lips around mouthpiece.
Inhale slowly to raise piston in chamber.
Maintain inhalation flow to keep yellow piston in best range.
Continue inhaling, attempting to raise white piston to goal level.
When complete, remove from mouth and hold breath according to doctor's prescription.
Exhale normally and allow piston to return to bottom of chamber.
Cough a few times to help clear lungs of mucus.
